Dr. Sandra McGuire: Metacognition: The Key to Success

As part of the Provost's Professional Development Speaker Series, Dr. McGuire's two-hour presentation to students on October 29, 2015 focused on learning strategies to help students experience meaningful, transferable learning. She also led two workshops for EKU faculty focused on teaching metacognitive strategies. Attached below are the PowerPoints that Dr. McGuire used when presenting to both students and faculty.
